CrossFit follows the methodology which helps you with getting fit for life and whatever life throws at you. Anyone can do it, no matter your age, current fitness level, ability or need. All workouts can be scaled to the individual and there always options for everyone. We do a Foundations Course which consists of 3 small group PT which gets your ready and comfortable for your first class.

Of course. Our coaching team is trained to provide options for everyone, no matter what the workout. We can substitute movements, reduce weights, and even refer you to a trusted sports therapist if you need one.

WOD stands for “Workout of the Day.” It is a specific workout prescribed by the gym (called a “box”) that varies daily and typically includes a combination of exercises, time limits, or rep counts.

Classes usually last about 60 minutes. This typically includes a warm-up, skill or strength work, the WOD, and a cool-down/stretching.
